[Rivet] Plots normalized to cross section

Hi Rivet authors,

To clarify, Stefan is not asking to *replace* the current histograms by ones
normalized to unity, but it could be a nice additional feature if one could get
histograms normalized to unity *in addition* to the dimensionful ones. E.g., for
the Drell-Yan pT spectrum, it feels a bit odd to have to look at the K-factor of
1.4. Of course, we can modify our plotter so it does that as well - the question
is only if it does not make sense to make it a capability already on the Rivet
side - quite often, we are interested in 1/sigma dsigma/dO after all. You may
well argue that this is trivial for people to do themselves. But then it should
be trivial to do for you as well, ... ?

Cheers,
Peter
