[Rivet] RivetProfessor Virtual Machine

Hi all,

I am about to pronounce the VirtualBox VM.

Intention is to provide a software bundle to work 'out of the box' 
for people willing to try out Rivet and/or Professor but consider the installation
procedure of generators, Rivet, Professor, dependencies as 'complicated'.
