Indeed. So sorry to obstruct that by trying to help & clarify.

May I remind you that the Professor and Rivet support is voluntary and
assisted by a helpful attitude on the part of the reporter. Polite
queries in which the reporter has attempted to solve the problem and
perhaps provided some debugging info or a patch are extremely welcome,
and encourage a good relationship and high level of support. By
contrast, demands, incoherence and rudeness are unlikely to please
anyone, and may well lead to fewer of our developers offering support.
