Being in the contrib directory means that it's not an "official" script,
and as such isn't installed. Holger has addressed how to check it out.

We should probably remove that message from the Professor scripts, as
providing a generic web gallery script isn't a "core" Professor task,
nor something we are going to zealously maintain. So it'll remain in the
contrib directory, but how you put plots on the web is up to you. There
are plenty of web gallery scripts available on the web, e.g.
