[Rivet] Plotting defaults

Hi,

I don't want to change make-plots to both-sided ticks by default. If
you want to enable this by default in Rivet, plese change compare-histos
instead to include that option. make-plots is being used at other places
than Rivet, too. If necessary, you can adjust the default legend
position, though.
