[Rivet] Rivet 1.2.2 release soon (this week?)

Hi everyone,

I think you can guess from the title that I'd like to get a new Rivet
patch release (1.2.2) out asap. It's been a couple of months since
1.2.1, and there are enough fixes and improvements (including a big
speed-up thanks to Frank, and a fix to error sizes on normalized/scaled
histos thanks to Hendrik).

We have a few genuine errors remaining in the SVN HEAD, which I hope we
can address (one way or another) in the next couple of days. If you have
a ticket or pet feature that you would like to get into this release,
please do it asap (and let me/us know!)
