[Rivet] Many empty bins in refdata for JADE_OPAL_2000...

Hi,

I just found that in the data file for the JADE_OPAL_2000... analysis
there are many many bins with zero YValue and zero YError.
Is there a good reason for that?

If not I would volunteer to remove those bins.
