[Rivet] 2D plots

Hello Hendrik

I am trying to plot the momentum of the Z - the momentum of the
leading jet (ZpT - Jet pT) vs ZpT.

Ok, I can plot several plots (for each ZpT bin) and joint them
together in root as a 2D histogram, I was just trying to avoid all
this trouble.
