I'm a bit surprised to see you having this problem with that specific
plot, since it doesn't have that many bins. So I have a couple of
questions:

- How many comparison lines do you have in this plot?
- What system are you working on?
- Could you send me your .dat file?

Maybe. Well, you could always increase your TeX memory size (1000000
isn't exactly huge). But I'd like to see your file first.
