[Rivet] Binning mismatch [Re: Bug in H1_2000_S4129130?]

Hi Ben,

   O.K. That explains why I didn't see it as I'm using a c++ program to 
parse the aida instead.

   P.S. I had to fix a bug in the sign of the pseudorapidity as well but 
the plots look O.K. again now
