[Rivet] automake 1.11

A tip:

For those of you who aren't running on Ubuntu Karmic, and who are fed up 
of the length of time that automake takes to install all the Rivet 
headers, .plot, .info etc. files, may I recommend installing a private 
copy of automake 1.11 (and you may as well get a nice shiny libtool 
2.2.x while you're at it). It installs these files in batch rather than 
individually and is an order of magnitude faster. No more (cd src && 
make install) needed.
