[Rivet] End of the metadata nightmare

Thanks everyone for filling in the boring metadata methods on the
analysis classes: it's been remarkably smooth and devoid of compilation
blocking, and the command line interface and manual now have lots of
nice extra information. It's not perfect, but if we're pro-active about
improving the documentation when we notice missing run details,
references or (non-missing) typos, then it'll improve rapidly. Thanks!
