[Rivet] Disabling unvalidated analyses in Rivet 1.2.0

To follow up on this, can people please volunteer to get some of these 
missing analyses into production for the 1.2.0 release? In particular, 
Lars' implementation of the classic colour coherence (CDF_1994) paper 
should definitely be fixed and available as a standard and validated 
analysis.
