[Rivet] UA5_1982 missing data

Hi,

I just recognized that the multiplicity distributions
for ppar and pp at 53 GeV are not in HepDATA.

Since I would like to use them for the next round of
generator tuning, what do I have to do to include
data read from plot to HepDATA/Rivet?
