[Rivet] siscone-spherical not found

Can you do that, please? I've already reported a few things along these
lines, but this is more specific (and it doesn't hurt to have two people
reporting that they would like --enable-shared to be the default!)

I hadn't thought about it, but yes, that makes a lot of sense. It'll be
nice to not have to worry about synchronising two bootstrap scripts anymore!
