[Rivet] Running Rivet on the grid

Hi Andy,

David can give you more advice but our experience is that installing
stuff at remote sites, unless you have the manpower resources of say
ATLAS, is painful and we've essentially given up and don't install
anything anymore.

For Herwig++ we essentially send all the libraries we need with the job,
with the exception of the compiler libraries for gcc3.4.6 which should be
installed everywhere.
