[Rivet] Boost version

Hi,

I was wondering what version of boost rivet is supposed to work with - I couldn't find it documented anywhere.  I was having a lot of installation problems and traced it to the fact that I have boost 1.33 on my system - some of the headers rivet needs are missing.  Is it enough to copy across the contents of the /include/boost/ directory that comes with rivet, or do I need to upgrade my installation to the most recent version?  This should probably be mentioned in GettingStarted.

I likewise had to copy across the contents of the /include/AIDA/ directory by hand - this should probably also be either part of make install or mentioned in GettingStarted.
