[Rivet] Rivet and AGILe released... phew!

Hi everyone,

Rivet and AGILe are now released - the tarballs were made available last
night and I've just finished a tidying up of the wiki documentation. The
user manual is still under development, but I'll put an interim copy up
on the website in the next couple of days. The information in it about
getting started is the same as on the wiki.

Well done us, and thanks to everyone who put in effort to get it ready!
We can now concentrate on getting more analyses in there, getting more
users and, of course, thinking about what changes need to be made for
version 2! ;)
