[Rivet] Release today

ATLAS (actually Alex, a UCL student working on the fast sim) have 
objected to the fastjet build using CGAL on the grounds that it is 
unnecessary, introduces a rather brutal sw license, and introduces a 
clunky extra dependency. So I believe it will be removed soon and 
distributed without CGAL.

Doesn't help this release I guess, but good to know?
