[Rivet] building rivet toward the release

Hi all,

I have been trying to build AGILe and rivet under the new system, and am 
updating the "Getting started" wiki's as I go (new dependencies etc 
etc). If you are doing the same, please have a look & add any corrections.

I notice that a new fastjet beta has appeared today which uses 
autotools. I'll also give this a try.
