Log:
Moving bits of Event to a separate Event.cc impl file... this contains the constructor body, which is probably where we will want to implement any event copying, auto-rotation, units forcing, etc., so moving it into the implementation file should avoid ling rebuild times during development & testing (pretty much everything includes Event.hh)
