Dear All,

PYTHIA 8.210 has been released today, and can be downloaded from
       http://home.thep.lu.se/Pythia

This is a unscheduled update, requested by ATLAS, to fix a problem
with LHEF3 files. The Pythia LHEF3 reader has assumed that the
factorization and renormalization scales are provided in the muf2
and mur2 attributes. If this was not the case the scales could be
set to zero. Now instead the SCALUP value is used in such cases,
restoring the PYTHIA 8.1 behaviour.

There are also a few other minor fixes, such as
* fix in the partial widths of the W' boson,
* fix in configure script for CXX options containing an = sign,
* flavour selection fix for string breakup between two junctions,
* protection for incorrect usage of the SK-I and SK-II scenarios,
* correct default path to PDF data files, and
* various improvements for hard diffraction (but still not the end).

Wishing you an enjoyable experience with PYTHIA 8.210.

Sincerely yours,
The Pythia 8 Collaboration
