[LHAPDF-announce] LHAPDF set updates: CT14qed_inc and CJ15

Dear LHAPDF users,

Please note that several updates have just been made to the LHAPDF set 
library.

Two new inclusive CT14qed_inc_proton/neutron sets have been added, which 
now feature elastic photon contributions in addition to the inelastic 
photons in the older CT14qed_proton/neutron sets. The latter have been 
slightly updated, just to clarify the difference via the Description 
metadata field.

There have also been updates to the CJ15 sets: a leading-order CJ15lo 
set is now provided, and the NLO CJ15nlo set has been updated to version 
2, with the 1-sigma error set now changed to use a 90% CL convention. 
Version 1 of this set is available from the "deprecated" set downloads 
directory on the LHAPDF website.

These updates are available from the usual AFS locations as well as the 
LHAPDF website, and will shortly be available via CVMFS.
