[Laura-announce] New version (v3r2) of Laura++ package released

Dear Laura++ users,

We are very pleased to announce the release of v3r2 of the Laura++ package.

This version contains the following new features:

* It has been made much simpler to switch between formalisms for the spin and
  Blatt-Weisskopf factors, plus new spin factors based on the covariant tensor
  formalism have been added
  - the GenFit3K.cc example has been updated to include example lines

* A new slave class for simultaneous fitting that uses RooFit to calculate its
  likelihood has been added
  - this allows the Master to drive simultaneous fits where one or more (or
    even all) slaves is/are RooFit-based
  - the compilation of this class (and the associated example executable) is
    disabled by default to avoid unnecessary loading of the RooFit library

A number of other changes have occurred:

* The determination of the integration scheme can now handle an arbitrary
  number of narrow resonances

* Significant improvement in performance of toy generation and fitting of data
  in cases of symmetric DPs

* The CP fit model can now perform weighting of events

* Information on the EDM is now saved to the fit results ntuples

* Some improvements to the K-matrix implementation

* Public functions provided to update the kinematics based on one mass and the
  corresponding helicity angle cosine

* Improved integration with ROOT 6 (now the default used in development)

* Vetoes are automatically symmetrised for symmetric DPs

* User can specify the TRandom used for randomisation of the isobar parameters
  - use new static member function of LauAbsCoeffSet

* Some bug fixes, including:
  - The integration scheme was not symmetrised for symmetric DPs
  - Correctly handle cases where some efficiency histograms that are to be
    multiplied together are defined in standard DP and some in square DP
  - Handle cases where background models were provided with null pointers
  - Force calculation of square DP coords whenever required by integration,
    efficiency histograms, background PDFs

* Various improvements to documentation and examples
