[Herwig-announce] Herwig++ 2.2.1 and ThePEG 1.3.0 have been released

Dear Herwig++ and ThePEG users,

we would like to announce the release of Herwig++ 2.2.1 together with 
ThePEG 1.3.0.

The main change is a new handling of decay modes, which should be 
transparent to end users. Several memory leaks have been fixed, and 
tickets #172, #181, #191, #192 and #194 were addressed. See the NEWS 
files for details.
