[GiBUU-announce] GiBUU v2023

Dear colleagues,
it is a pleasure to inform you that we uploaded a new release 2023 of 
GiBUU on our homepage.

Its major modification is a new electron-nucleon and neutrino-nucleon 
machinery. The new prescription is based on Christy-Bosted fits 
(https://inspirehep.net/literature/771332) and described in detail in 
http://arxiv.org/abs/2308.16161. For other modifications please refer to 
our release notes.
