  Bugfix: correcting 2L O(at*as) thresholds in THDM-like EFTs of the MSSM

Thanks to Jobst Ziebell.

The distribution of the sum

  lambda_{345} = lambda_3 + lambda_4 + lambda_5

onto the individual lambda_{3,4,5} is now done as in MhEFT 1.1.
