  calculate W pole mass at MSUSY by default

This has the advantages:

 1) The uncertainty of MW can be estimated by varying the pole mass
    scale.

 2) MW is calculated in the same way as the other masses, i.e. we have
    a coherent calculation now.

However, it has the disadvantage, that the flag FlexibleSUSY[3] must
be set to 1 in order to calculate MW.
