  Bugfix: fix re-calculation of W pole mass

In the feature-2.0 branch, the W pole mass was not re-calculated
properly, because the self energy was always set to zero.  This bug
must have slipped in when the the old SOFTSUSY Weinberg angle class
was replaced by Markus' one.
