  Bugfix: correcting phase calculation of Dirac fermion singlets

Before this commit, the phase of Dirac fermion singlets was set to

  e^(i Pi/2)

if their mass < 0.  In SARAH, however, only one Weyl spinor component
of the Dirac field receives a phase.  In this case the correct phase
is

  e^(i Pi)

if the mass of the Dirac field < 0.
