  calculate e from gY and g2

This is completely equivalent to returning EL after
convert_to_onshell() has been called.  However, it avoids frequent use
of EL and prefers gY and g2 instead.

  use DR-bar stop, sbottom, stau masses and mixing angles

in order to avoid conversion to on-shell scheme.  They appear only in
the 2-loop terms.
