  Bugfix: use trilinear coupling instead of Yukawa coupling in 3L beta functions

Note: I think the appearance of the symbol ht (= the top Yukawa
coupling in Softsusy) is due to a misunderstanding: In the analytic
expressions, ht means the up-type quark trilinear coupling matrix.
