Further fixes to DDalitz particle ordering: modes 5, 12. Removed unneeded checks for charged 3pi modes 10 and 11.

Mode  5 fixes: D0 -> K- K0bar K+ and K+ K- K0bar
Mode 12 fixes: D0 -> pi0 pi- pi+ and pi+ pi0 pi-
