[Blackmax] Installing

Dear Sir,
            I have been trying to use your BlackMax event generator  and
everything up to the compilation (using gcc version 3.4.6) works fine. I am
trying to use it in the standalone mode . However using the  BlackMax >&!
 out command gives no output. Just running the executable BlackMax command
says 'command not found'.  Do you per chance have any suggestions?
