Dear Rivet Authors,

As discussed below, I am attaching a very simple Rivet analysis for Higgs boson pair production.

The analysis is meant to be used for validation of simple observables, based on stable Higgs bosons in the final state. I used the internal implementation in Herwig++ to produce sample output.

This was based on the MC_HJETS analysis and has inherited some observables. In addition, the following are used:

Higgs boson pair invariant mass, the separation between the two Higgs bosons, pT of the di-Higgs (any, hardest, second hardest), pT and pseudorapidity of Higgs bosons (any, hardest, second hardest).

Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions for improvement.

Best regards,
Andreas
Dear Andy,

I’ve written a simple MC analysis that I use for purposes of validation
of various Higgs pair production models within Herwig++ and I would like
to submit to the Rivet “Contrib” (MC_HHJETS).

However, the instructions on
https://rivet.hepforge.org/trac/wiki/SubmittingAnalyses seem to be out
of date; in particular, I do not have permission to copy to
/hepforge/downloads/rivet/contrib.

Would it be possible to get permission to do this?
Hi Andreas,

We give upload access to that area to regular analysis committers, principally the LHC experiment contacts. For a single analysis code it's probably best just to send it to the Rivet developer mailing list -- who I've CC'd. Can you send us the analysis files as attachment(s)?

And thanks for the submission!

Andy
