[Rivet] libtool: link: require no space between `-L' and

Aha... yes, there was a small build fix to the 1.3.0 tarball, but it
accidentally pulled in a new and incompatible version of the GSL
configure test. We fixed this yesterday but didn't update the tarball:
I've done that now. Thanks :)
