  Bugfix: extend IncreaseIndexLiterals[] function to nested functions

The following example call of IncreaseIndexLiterals[] now works:

  In[]:= IncreaseIndexLiterals[Hpm[{2}][PL]]
  Out[]= Hpm[{3}][PL]
